Successful Completion of Factory Acceptance Test for Kuwait International Airport Project

Al Mulla Power Solutions (AMPS), a member of the Al Mulla Group, proudly announces the successful completion of the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for the Kuwait International Airport – Terminal 2, Package 3 Project. The comprehensive testing was conducted at the Rolls-Royce Solutions facility in Germany and included seven MTU 20V4000 DS3600 generator sets, each rated at 3000 kVA / 2400 kW at 11 kV, and designed to operate under ambient conditions of up to 55°C.

The FAT was witnessed by representatives from the Ministry of Public Works, Gulf Consult, and Limak. With this phase completed, a total of 45 MTU generator units have now been supplied for the project, supporting the delivery of reliable power solutions for one of Kuwait’s key infrastructure developments.
